If technologies are adopted as quickly as they enter the into the market, libraries can change their faces quickly. Eventually, the staff will also have to be trained quickly before it gets too late as the users expectations increase with adaptation of technologies. Imagine the scenario when our library is fully tech-enabled, but, the staff is not trained to harvest its benefits. This will become worse than the manual system and the customers.... more than annoyed.
